COMMENT:  At $7.50 Punch is not worth it. It is a well constructed cigar, but not much of a looker. Know plenty who love the cigar and it has a good tradition, but nothing spectacular. Worth a try and then pass by it thereafter.

Nice consistent color, some light spots.
- Wrapper Look (3)
Some nichs and couple of ugly veins. Good oily shimmer.
- Construction (2)
Cap poorly made. Soft spot in middle, ends tight.
- Packaging (3)
Fine.

LIGHTING & BURNING 13/15 B

- Even Burn (4)
Initial burn dipped. 50%, perfect. 75%, slightly uneven.
- Ash/Smoke (4)
Resting smoke slightly heavy, gets heavier towards end.

- Burn Rate (5)
Perfect.

CONSTRUCTION 27/30 A-

TASTE 28/35 B-

- Medium, smooth and begins to bitter. Littly salty with a very slight peppery taste. At 50% gets a little bit of a spicy aftertaste. At 75% gets even heavier and begins a lingering bitter aftertaste.

COMMENT: At $7.50 Punch is not worth it. It is a well constructed cigar, but not much of a looker. Know plenty who love the cigar and it has a good tradition, but nothing spectacular. Worth a try and then pass by it thereafter.
